A brand-new opportunity has arisen, to join our high-performing sales team within our Connected Care business in South Australia, covering SA and WA. We are looking for someone with a strong commercial solution selling experience supported by exceptional customer engagement skills. This is a Strategic Account Management position where the key to success is working across the sales organization, formulating a value proposition/ solution to the customer that enhances sales, profit growth, mutually beneficial outcomes for customers, driving customer loyalty and retention, and true partnership.
This is an instrumental role for our Connected Care business with the opportunity to build and improve relationships at the C-Suite level and make a substantial impact in driving the profitability and sustainable growth for Philips. Working closely with sales teams across a multi-faceted portfolio consisting of market-leading suites of products this role requires strategic planning, penetrating new markets, and a genuine solution selling mindset.
You will be working as part of a highly experienced team of Account Managers and Clinical Applications Specialists and all with a shared goal of delivering top-quality service to customers. More broadly, you will be part of the Philips Healthcare team and have daily interactions with stakeholders from across the business.
Proven Solutions sales experience/mindset, within a hospital/ healthcare environment
Understanding of the sales processes with the ability to protect and grow market share
Experience in analyzing and manipulating complex data and building sales plans
Exceptional interpersonal and cross-functional stakeholder experience with the ability to influence at all levels within the business.
The ability to work under pressure, dealing with conflicting priorities.
