About the role
Due to growth in our business, we currently have a need for a Casual Chef to join our team at St. John's College located at St. Lucia - Brisbane QLD.
Casual shifts will be offered on a ongoing basis and will include some weekends, Approximately 20 - 24 hours per week. What you will be offered is a great team environment, a work/life balance and the ability to cook wholesome and interesting menus for the residents
You are an experienced Chef who enjoys working in a team, driving high quality results and in turn meeting food safety, HACCP and OHS standards. Experience in Educational institutions is desirable but not essential. Pub/bistro or local restaurant background will also bring the skills to create a cost effective and interesting menu which changes regularly.
Cert III in commercial cookery is required for this position.
