Yes, we're a bank. And yes, this is a banking position in our customer service team. But we're not like regular banks – and we don't hire regular bankers.
With over 5,000 staff across our network of over 750 retail branches, agencies and kiosks our people are the face of NAB and our focus is providing our customers with the help, guidance and advice they deserve.
In branch, you're the first point of contact for a range of customer inquiries and processing transactions. What we need from you:
- Have quality conversations over the counter
- Match the right product and service to our customers' needs
- Be comfortable identifying needs and making the right recommendations to customers
- Bring positivity and lots of energy

The role is being is offered as a 12 month full time fixed term role across 5 days: Monday to Friday: 8.45am to 5.30pm.
