As a Senior Business Analyst, you will serve as the primary liaison between the IT and business end-users; work with the business to analyse business requirements and produce documented and approved specifications for any new or change to technology applications; work alongside Business teams, Quality Assurance and Development Team members to ensure that they understand the specifications in order to deliver a quality product to the business.
You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and documenting business requirements (in the form of Epics, Features and user stories); recommending business priorities, and advising the business on options, risks, and costs; conduct extensive research to determine if solutions to business requirements currently exist within or outside the business unit, and ensure that solutions are feasible considering stringent timelines. You will analyse the impact of proposed solutions holistically, develop use cases to explain/demonstrate business requirements/specifications to IT team, and contribute a business or process perspective during design and test plan review.
In order to hit the ground running you will have experience with application migration, infrastructure migration or middleware/integration between systems and a good understanding of Cloud Infrastructure. You will have experience working in an Agile environment and will hold CSM Certification.
