About the role
Due to growth in our business, we currently have a need for a Chef to join our team at our client site in North Parramatta NSW. Our client is a leading Aged Care Facility with a great company culture. This position will cover days off for our FT chefs, with a mixture of AM/PM shifts. What you will be offered is a great team environment, a work/life balance and the ability to cook wholesome and interesting menus for the residents
You are an experienced Chef /Cook who enjoys working in a team, driving high quality results and in turn meeting food safety, HACCP and OHS standards. Experience in an aged care or health care environment is not essential although highly regarded. You will be required to create homemade comfort style, fine dining and demonstration cooking, for breakfast lunch and dinner.
In addition to preparing daily meals you will be tasked to cater for different theme events upon executive chef and client requests.
