Transport for NSW is the lead agency of the NSW Transport cluster. Our role is to lead the development of a safe, efficient, integrated transport system that keeps people and goods moving, connects communities and shapes the future of our cities, centres and regions.
We are responsible for strategy, planning, policy, regulation, funding allocation and other non-service delivery functions for all modes of transport in NSW including road, rail, ferry, light rail, point to point, regional air, cycling and walking.
We focus on improving the customer experience and contract public and private operators to deliver customer-focused transport services on our behalf.
We also lead the procurement of transport infrastructure and oversee delivery through project delivery offices and industry delivery partners.

An exciting new opportunity now exists as Senior Change Manager Implementation within our Future Workplace team.
The primary purpose of the role is to lead the execution of the change and engagement strategy for each workplace project.
In leading this Team, the Senior Change Manager Implementation is accountable for delivering a consistent change experience that meets the needs and expectations for each project. This role will need to coach and develop resources within the Team, while constantly challenging the status quo to deliver sustainable change outcomes that are aligned with the People at the Heart Strategy.

You are a collaborative and talented leader with proven experinced leading engagement with the business to influence and shape employee experience across all stages of workplaces programs and projects.
You wil have a proven track record of not only delivering large scale change management programs within complex organisations, you will also has a proven track record of managing direct reports to successful implementations.
You know how to build strong relationships, collaborate and communicate effectively with leaders and project managers to drive outcomes.
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in successfully delivering on large scale workplace change or transformation projects. Preference for experience in projects related to significant workplace transformations including Activity Based Working, Office Relocations and Culture Change.
- Proven experience in large scale change projects across multiple divisions and geographies either in a capacity as a change management consultant or relevant experience with managing project teams
- Proven experience managing multiple project resources is essential, with managing multiple resources across multiple projects desirable
