Your Challenge:

The Patient Care and Sales Support Consultant is a part of theSleepCareteam offering premium services forthetreatment of Obstructive Sleep Apnoea within Philips Sleep Services Centres and Premium Philips partners. The Patient Care and Sales Support Consultant is integral in the patient therapy journey and is responsible for the coordination and delivery of patient support services through the provision of professional and clinical assistance to the patient throughout their therapy trial and ongoing use of therapy. The consultant ensures optimal patient satisfaction and therapy adherence and delivers a high-quality value service to patients and prescribers alike. The Patient Care and Sales Support Consultant is also responsible for liaising with various stakeholders Healthcare professionals (i.e. General Practitioners, Hospital staff,and funding body support workers) to support their queries and assist with order processing, patient support appointments, escalation follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient journey from diagnostics to therapy compliance through supporting online bookings and patient queries, pre-appointment support

  • Ownership of patient issues and escalations, follow up with relevant internal stakeholder to ensurethepatient issue is resolved

  • Actively promote the value proposition of Philips Sleep Services Centres and Premium Partners to referred patients

  • Provide tailored support based onanunderstanding of patient needs

  • Educate, position,and upgrade patients on complete SRC product portfolio for in-clinic consultations

About you

  • Proven high volume customer service experiencewith adedication to providing superior customer service

  • Sharp communication skills both written and verbal, active listenerwith attention to detail

  • Ability to express empathy

  • Inbound sales experienceand clinical knowledge of sleep is highlydesirable

  • Ability to work in a team environmentwith apositive and proactive/Can do attitude

  • Agile mentality with proven ability to multitask

  • The ability to manage time effectively when dealing with competing priorities and meeting deadlines

  • The ability to work both autonomously with minimal supervision and be able to collaborate effectively in a teamenvironment
