- Fly-in fly-out role from Perth
About the role

Our rail network is the largest privately-owned and operated rail system in Australia, currently servicing 16 mines via mainline systems of more than 1,700 kilometres. We’re also proud to have introduced the world’s first automated heavy haul network with more than 90 per cent of all train kilometres now being completed in autonomous mode, but our journey is only just beginning.
We’re looking for a Manager Inland Operations to build on our success so far and unlock the next level of safety and productivity benefits for our inland operations. You will lead your team through a period of significant transformational change to the operating model and the technology we utilise.
Reporting to the General Manager Rail Operations, this highly complex role will see you leading a team of high calibre superintendents with an overall headcount of approximately 200 personnel across a significant geographical spread, so your exceptional team engagement capabilities will be essential.

We offer competitive, performance-focused remuneration and a wide range of benefits to reward your contribution. With a global reach, the opportunities to develop and grow your career are broad and exciting.
What you’ll bring
You are an experienced operations leader who is ready for a role of this scale and complexity. You don’t necessarily need to have a rail background but significant leadership experience in managing large operations, likely in the resources industry but we’re open to considering other experience. You will however need to be experienced in sustaining operational discipline through large scale change.
What we offer
Be recognised for your contribution, your thinking and your hard work, and go home knowing you’ve helped the world progress.
- A work environment where safety is always the number one priority
