In this role, you will be working closely with the Coordinator and other Team Leaders to ensure that high-quality customer service is provided to all Contact Centers and front counter customers. This will involve providing leadership, direction, motivation and guidance to the team members and assisting with coordination of day to day activities; managing escalated complaints, role modelling excellent customer service, and liaising with internal partners.
Your ability to find solutions to solve complex problems and your drive to ensuring exceptional customer service standards are delivered will be critical to your success in the role.
The successful candidate will possess highly developed interpersonal, leadership, and excellent communication skills, with the ability to identify ways to improve operational processes.
This position is located in Cannington.
