Underwriter - Residential Mortgages

As a self-motivated individual, you will be responsible for the credit assessment of residential mortgage applications received from external business partners such as brokers. You will be empowered and encouraged to make credit decisions therefore success will be determined by your common sense approach and strong analytical abilities.
You’ll have the opportunity to build relationships with external business partners and our sales team by communicating your decision on the application and our lending guidelines.
This job is for you if you thrive on making quick and sound decisions even when things aren’t black and white, enjoy talking to business partners, and love helping people.
