This newly created role of Project Administrator will provide administrative and organisational business support to our Project Director and senior management group. The main focus of this role is to ensure efficient operations of the Railcar Manufacturing & Assembly site at our Bellevue facility.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Building and facilities management of the Bellevue office including liaison with our Kewdale, Nowergup and Perth CBD locations.
  • Diary management, travel booking, expense management and event coordination for the Project Director.
  • Manage purchase orders and invoice approvals.
  • Administration support for site-based activities including training, presentations, stakeholder correspondence and office budgets.
  • Coordination of new starter seat allocation, IT provisioning and subsequent leaver activities.

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • Degree in Business Administration is desirable or equivalent industry experience.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience working in a project environment and supporting management with day-to-day admin activities.
  • Articulate professional with confidence to liaise at all levels of the organisation.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations.
  • High level of organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A positive, self-motivated and team player attitude and attributes.


The role will be based in our Perth CBD office initially and move to the new Bellevue facility by mid 2021.
