Customer Support Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic candidate who is keen to build their sales career with us. Do you have urgency and drive to reach and exceed campaign sales targets? If yes, you may be the high performing Customer Support Officer - Outbound Sales we are seeking to join our Sydney Sales team based at Moorebank.

  • Execute acquisition and retention campaigns.
  • Source, qualify and nurture new leads to build our customer pipeline maintaining accurate records of interactions and referrals
  • Contribute to development of campaigns and required reporting
  • Quote and chase conversion for targeted customers

We are Customer Focused ; you will be a strong communicator who can engage over various channels to develop and build strong relationships.
As One Team you will leverage our internal network to ‘make it happen’ for every customer, every time. You will support our on-road sales team with quote management and pipeline prioritisation.

  • Previous Outbound experience
  • Demonstrated success with solution-based selling
  • Proven ability to build strong virtual relationships with customers
  • Superior Customer Experience – You make it happen every time.
  • Highly motivated to reach KPIs while fulfilling all duties of your role
  • Microsoft suite, Dynamics 365, Baseplan experience desired.
