About the role
Laing O'Rourke is recruiting Quantity Surveyors for a major project in Sydney. This permanent role offers great career prospects with a privately-owned tier 1 constructor and international engineering enterprise.

You will be responsible for the preparation and agreement of variations and review of contractual obligations.
You will have
- Tertiary qualifications in Commercial Law, Quantity Surveying or Engineering and have experience working in similar roles.
- You will also possess comprehensive knowledge of the principles and practices of contract management, program financial management, risk and opportunity management, performance reporting, budget preparation and administration.
