About the role

Based out of North Ryde, NSW as a Customer Service Specialist you are a driven individual who thrives in meeting customer’s needs whilst working alongside internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of customer requirements. You will achieve this by case managing sales and service-related enquiries relating to pricing, order management and complex special mixture enquiries. Additionally, you must have good attention to detail and be passionate about getting things right for the customer to provide an outstanding customer experience.

Other key responsibilities will include;
  • Case managing complex sales and service-related enquiries via phone, email and chat channels
  • Capturing and resolving or escalating customer complaints to provide a win/win solution
  • Identifying opportunities to educate the customer on our digital and self-service platforms
  • Work collaboratively across internal functions
  • Comply with BOC Safety and Security Standards
Our next Customer Service Specialist you will have skills including;
  • Demonstrated exceptional customer service & relationship building skills
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a high-volume environment
  • High problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Background or experience in the scientific industry will be highly advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
