The Role:

This role is responsible for loading and implementing data-related activities into OneVue’s core Funds Administration application, in a high quality and timely manner.

The role is hands-on and includes supporting client transitions with data and system analysis, data mapping and the reconciliation activities of data migrations into OneVue’s proprietary registry system, Trust Architect.

The person in this role will be undertaking core data migration activities and liaising with Data Specialists in developing scripts to assist the business in meeting their data migration requirements. These duties will involve using MS SQL Server, Excel and SQL scripts. In addition to this, part of the team’s duties is supporting Operations teams with data analysis, updates and extracts.

Part of the role responsibilities is to constantly look for and recommend process and service improvements.

What you will be doing:

  • Performing system analysis, data analysis, data mapping and load reconciliations

  • Holistic oversight and management of Database Administration functions, including delegation to data team members

  • Engagement in the data space with internal and external stakeholders

  • Maintaining data migration standards and controls

  • Providing support and subject matter expertise to broader business in resolving data issues and queries

  • Ensure scalable approach is adopted


What you will need:

  • 3+ years Data experience

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Understanding of MS SQL Server experience

  • Knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS)

  • SQL Script experience

  • A background in Finance or Accounting with knowledge of Managed Funds, Custody, Superannuation or Unit Registry business is highly regarded but not essential
