Our Enterprise Account Director will be confident engaging at board and CXO level to help customers develop their IT strategy. They should also be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against an Enterprise Territory plan that delivers both short term results and long term success for customers.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Help/strongly influence customers to develop cloud based IT strategies
  • Break into new accounts and win new logos
  • Drive revenue and market share in a defined sales territory.
  • Has overall ownership of the business and leads the sales team
  • Meet or exceed quarterly KPIs and Targets
  • Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan.
  • Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services.
  • Accelerate initial customer adoption.
  • Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.
  • Develop case studies and PR
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
  • Ensure customer success and satisfaction.
  • Expect low/moderate travel.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Extensive experience in technology related sales
  • Strong activity levels and ability to manage a portfolio of accounts
  • Proven track record in identifying and pursuing new business
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve targets and KPI in a new business role

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Technical experience to be explain [not deploy] cloud based technologies
  • Experience in emerging technologies around CX/AI/ML
  • Target orientated, ambitious, creative, customer focused
• Cloud sales exposure
