Come and be a part of this success.As the Maintenance CHPP Outage Supervisor you will be responsible for leading the execution of planned and unplanned maintenance of plant, equipment and infrastructure at Daunia Mine site. You will oversee compliance to the weekly work management metrics, work instructions and defined processes to achieve optimal maintenance and operational outcomes. You will build and maintain strong working relationships with Maintenance and Production Execution teams to ensure work is carried out on time and within budget. This is an excellent opportunity to drive plant operating hours through effective leadership of the motivated workforce. This role works a 4/4/4/2 roster.You will have either a trade or engineering qualification and relevant experience in a Fixed Plant and Infrastructure environment. Your demonstrated experience in contractor management, project management and shutdown management will ensure success in this role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must, allowing you to build relationships across departments and to communicate with disciplines at all levels.At BHP, we recognise that we are strengthened by diversity.
