About the Role?

Reporting to the Lending Performance Manager/State Manager, you will source new referral partner relationships with industry professionals in accounting & real estate. You will do this through your strong ability in business development. You will have the opportunity to start a brand new portfolio of clients through a holistic customer centric approach to support their home lending, business lending and other financial needs.

The Lending Manager is a mobile position which is flexible to suit your client’s needs. You will take personal accountability to provide a high level of customer service keeping all stakeholders informed throughout the process at a level that promotes and drives customer satisfaction and advocacy. This is a senior lending position within BOQs retail branch network.

We are looking for a Lending Manager, to join our team with a focus on Ipswich & South Western Brisbane. This individual will define Mobile Lending through their existing and new referral networks needed to grow the region they support and execute on a plan. You will have the ability to foster a coaching culture to support referral partners and a branch network to complement your internal drive. You will engage with prospects and customers, establish trust and develop long term relationships. The ability to work with all internal functions to build the business partnership required to support an exceptional customer journey. You will be an active member of a high performing team that creates growth (in all its forms), leading progressively and empathetically, in a manner that is high in integrity, fun and makes a difference.

  • Build a strategy to accelerate market penetration for the region
  • Effectively manage referral partnerships so they can be successful at supporting more customers in their homes

  • Work with your customers in order to improve existing customer life cycle management process and to increase customer satisfaction
  • Build an operating model balancing spirit of entrepreneurship and a culture of discipline
