Creating a new take on familiar flavors, our Premium Chinese Restaurant, Silks, offers a blend of traditional Cantonese and modern style cooking with a sophisticated flair that will give a fresh taste of traditional Chinese food. The restaurants takes inspiration fresh and locally sourced produce. We are currently taking applications for Cooks to join the team on a Full Time and Part Time basis.

Key Selection Criteria:
Strong Cantonese and Asian cuisine cooking ability
Strong knowledge of traditional and original wok flavors and techniques
The ability to maintain high and consistent food standards at all times
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work as a part of a team environment
Unrestricted working rights in Australia
Availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster
