We are looking for a talented Receptionist/Administrator to act as the first point of contact for visitors and/or callers to our busy Perth branch. This role is full time hours (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm) and for a 12 month fixed term contract.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways\:

  • Receive and direct calls in a courteous and efficient manner, complete all incoming and outgoing mail requirements, maintain coffee machines and supplies daily
  • Process Accounts Payable and daily banking through Movex
  • Welcome visitors, ensure and maintain correct sign-in documents and explain/follow safety procedures, book meeting/conference rooms where necessary
  • Assist with managing the office supplies stockroom, place office supplies orders and assist with other administrative activities when required
  • Ensure adherence to systems and processes for quality control and quality assurance and Comply with the requirements of Cummins OHS Policies and Procedures

To be successful in this role you will need the following\:

  • Demonstrated Reception/Administration – ideally in a similar industry - automotive or trucking
  • Have the ability to interact effectively with relevant staff on the implementation of operational processes, procedures and operational excellence methodologies
  • Ensure adherence to the Cummins Code of Conduct and the Treatment of Each Other at Work Policy, using them as a guide on how to operate and interact with others including customers, contractors and suppliers
  • Maintain open and respectful lines of communication with fellow employees, supervisors, managers and all other Cummins employees

Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary commensurate with experience. Participation in an annual variable compensation (bonus) program. Safety equipment / PPE and uniforms provided.
