Member Care Specialist

As a Member Care Specialist, you are responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers. You will be responsible for contributing to the delivery of CUA Health's growth and retention strategy plans. You will have direct contact with members to identify their individual Health Insurance needs and provide effective solutions.

You will also be responsible for activities that will build stronger relationships with our Members. You model our values and core competencies through your everyday actions. With you on our team, we can deliver better-value services that help our customers enrich their lives.

Essential Experience
  • Experience in the Health Insurance industry
  • Previous retention call centre & Customer Service experience is ideal
  • Experience in complex problem solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of the HAMBS system is desirable
  • Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
