As a Direct Claims Service Consultant, you’ll be responsible for providing administrative support to a team of claims assessors and assisting them in managing their portfolio of claims; answering customer queries; and assessing claims of low complexity. This is a great entry point into the Life Insurance industry and will provide you with an opportunity to develop your knowledge of policy terms and conditions.
Our ideal candidate will possess an enquiring mind, a ‘can-do’ attitude and the ability to challenge other peoples thinking when necessary. You’ll have strong communication skills (both written and verbally), experience of working in a customer service and/or administration role and have strong attention to detail. We are looking for individuals who have a background in financial services, insurance, retail or within a contact centre environment who are looking to develop a longer-term career within Life Insurance.
