About the role
We are currently seeking a Blue-Collar Recruiter to join our Perth based Human Capital team supporting a major project in the Pilbara region. This is a 4-month fixed term contract with a privately-owned tier 1 constructor and international engineering enterprise.
- Source, interview and select suitable quality candidates based on the scope provided.
- Take job briefs and post advertisements where required.
- Manage the flow of communication between potential recruits and key project stakeholders.
- Facilitate pre-employment checks in accordance with Laing O’Rourke and client requirements.
- Work closely with the Mobilisation team ensuring all requirements have been met allowing for a seamless commencement on site.
This is a fast paced role for an experienced Blue Collar Recruitment professional with proven experience processing high volume blue collar construction recruitment and mobilisation processes. Candidate who have had exposure to Rail Projects are strongly preferred. Excellent communication and organisation skills are essential.
