In this highly collaborative role, you will be relied on as the expert in sales process, you will maintain and work in, and you will deliver best practices to the broader Meraki teams in how to best use You will be responsible for managing and executing Meraki sales processes, as well as implementing data integrity projects. You are a problem solver ready to dig into many different sales related tasks and projects. You have excellent communication skills, and understand how sales representatives will use the tools and processes you create. Organization and attention to detail are key to this role, as is the ability to learn quickly and communicate effectively. Experience in a startup environment will serve you well, as you will be required to take on a variety of tasks at a very fast pace.

What you will do:

Partner with other Sales coordinators to work in a Salesforce case queue managing all sales and organization requests such as account merges, account disputes, orders reprocessing, and Sales Engagement clarification.

Manage end-to-end sales processes by implementing changes and developing documentation.

Manage Salesforce user requests, system troubleshooting, and system escalations.

Create and maintain Salesforce policies and procedures.

Perform monthly revenue and account audits ensuring Salesforce is the source of truth.

Help drive and implement operational projects to increase team efficiency.

You are:

You have:

1-3 years relevant experience in Sales Operations or other Sales Support functions.

A bachelor’s degree.

Experience with the technical aspects of Salesforce.

Solid understanding of sales and business processes.

Excellent written and verbal communication; you are comfortable making recommendations to sales leadership.

The ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and have a high degree of attention to detail.

Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships with other departments.

A good sense of humor.
