Job Description

The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic Administration Support to join Seqirus on a permanent full-time basis. Based in Parkville (subject to COVID restrictions) and reporting to the Site Quality Head this role provides support to the site Quality function and provides tailored support to several senior managers. Key responsibilities in this interesting and varied role will include:

The Role

  • General administration duties including data entry, scanning and responding to queries;
  • Executive support including calendar management, travel bookings and expense reconciliation;
  • Procurement of stationery, catering, events, training and co-ordinating team meetings;
  • Supporting the management of documents for quality projects, audits and archiving;
  • Assisting in maintaining a tidy and organised work environment;
  • Any other ad hoc administrative tasks including providing leave cover for other site administrators.

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate:

  • Has completed VCE or equivalent;

  • Has 3-5 years’ experience in providing administration support to multiple managers and team members, ideally in a highly regulated business;

  • Possesses excellent IT skills including Word, Excel, Viso, PowerPoint and use of SharePoint;

  • Has well developed knowledge of systems and databases and SAP experience would be beneficial;

  • Is organised, detail focussed and able to effectively prioritise;

  • Is approachable and flexible and has a positive, helpful attitude;

  • Uses initiative to solve problems and proactively pre-empt issues;

  • Can communicate effectively and is able to build successful relationships with all stakeholders.
