About the role

As Assistant Branch Manager at Busselton Community Bank Branch, you'll be the 2IC within the branch responsible for leading your motivated team to deliver exceptional service and sales results. You will have the ability to lead staff to cater for current requirements of the branch and also prepare them for long term expectations

As Assistant Branch Manager you will play a key role in driving your branch and community forward, delivering tailored financial solutions to your customers. You'll play a major part in the customer experience by helping to build the 'balance sheet' of each customer you work with and be committed to meeting the needs of both new and existing customers. You'll also provide financial expertise in a range of lending products and services, including consumer lending, insurance and wealth management.

This position is located at Busselton Community Bank Branch and will also require you to work and lead a team at the Dunsborough Branch. The role is Permanent Full time. The roster is 76 hours per fortnight.


About you

  • Knowledge of Branch operations is required.
  • "Natural Born Leader" proven ability to manage, lead, mentor and develop highly effective teams.
  • Ability to clearly communicate set targets and keep your teams accountable
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and executing strategies to maintain and build business growth.
  • Highly developed relationship building skills; proactively developing valued internal and external networks and community partnerships.
  • Experience in Residential and Commercial lending and knowledge of Loan Application Processing Systems is desirable
