About the role

As Customer Service Supervisor, who will actively mentor and coach staff to ensure exceptional customer service is provided, to assist our customers achieve their financial goals. You will need excellent inter-personal and communication skills to assist the team resolve complex customer enquiries. In addition you will work with the Branch Manager with administrative functions, branch operations and the referral of loans. As a result you will possess high attention to detail and proven time management skills.

This position is located at Margate Community Bank branch. The role is Full-time, 12-month contract role. The roster is 76 hours per fortnight.

About you

A successful Customer Service Supervisor will bring:

  • Technical knowledge of Branch Delivery Systems and Customer Service Systems

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.

  • Excellent planning, time management and problem solving skills.

  • Actively supervise and coach team members to ensure that daily financial transactions and quality of service is consistent with the Bank's service objectives and transaction procedures.

  • Accuracy and attention to detail

  • Deliver excellent service to all Bank Customers

  • FSRA Accreditation T2 – Deposit & Non Cash Payment Facilities and General Insurance
