The Role

We currently have a Store Manager vacancy for an experienced leader with a passion for retail to join us at our new K hub store in Moree - due to open end February 2021

Critical to our operations are our Store Managers whom are responsible for leading, engaging and developing their team, whilst driving our growth by increasing sales results year on year and overseeing the replenishment and merchandising of the department. You will lead quality management of store administrative processes & systems across office, service and stockroom and forecast, plan & prioritise daily work, rostering & resource requirements.

With the successful incumbent initially commencing with Target Moree, this is not only an outstanding opportunity for local retail leadership talent to mentor and inspire a high performing team, but it is also a rare and exciting career-defining opportunity to play a pivotal role in the store conversion process, transition and launch of K hub Moree.

About You

As the ideal candidate you will require:

  • A proven track record of sales and profit achievement
  • Retail stores experience in mass merchandising
  • Competence in all aspects of Store Operations
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong skills in leading and engaging teams
  • Business and financial acumen
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • People and customer engagement
  • Resilience, adaptability and the ability to drive change
