This role is a great opportunity to be part of a collaborative team environment and develop your career further. Working an 8 days on, 6 off roster and reporting to the Supervisor MEM you will be:
Establishing and maintaining accurate data of NDT database
Executing NDT related routine and non-routine tasks
Creating in house routine and non-routine NDT inspections reports
Identifying and recommending any improvement in HME welding and NDT inspection practices
Correlating with analysis results to determine potential failure mode
What you’ll bring
A strong background in a Mechanical of Heavy Mobile Equipment, preferably in the mining industry
Level 2 Ultrasonic testing and Level 2 magnetic particle testing
Experience in Non-Destructive Testing; weld inspection
Experience in Condition monitoring Oil and Grease sample analysis and wear trending
Predictive fault analysis and machinery health diagnosis skills
Sound knowledge of Australian, Safety and Statutory regulations and standards
SAP experience
