This role is a great opportunity to be part of a collaborative team environment and develop your career further. Working an 8 days on, 6 off roster and reporting to the Supervisor MEM you will be:

• Establishing and maintaining accurate data of NDT database

• Executing NDT related routine and non-routine tasks

• Creating in house routine and non-routine NDT inspections reports

• Identifying and recommending any improvement in HME welding and NDT inspection practices

• Correlating with analysis results to determine potential failure mode

What you’ll bring

• A strong background in a Mechanical of Heavy Mobile Equipment, preferably in the mining industry

• Level 2 Ultrasonic testing and Level 2 magnetic particle testing

• Experience in Non-Destructive Testing; weld inspection

• Experience in Condition monitoring Oil and Grease sample analysis and wear trending

• Predictive fault analysis and machinery health diagnosis skills

• Sound knowledge of Australian, Safety and Statutory regulations and standards

• SAP experience
