Job Description

Reporting to the Finance Director: Lead Business Partner, you will work with Operations, Quality and Supply Chain business unit managers to set financial and operational targets and provide commercially focused analysis and interpretation of financial results including costings. You will actively participate in the month-end and year-end process and play a major role in the improvement of finance processes, and the implementation of cost saving initiatives across the business. You will also be charged with ensuring financial risks to the business are appropriately managed and opportunities fully explored.

Tertiary level qualified in accounting, finance or business-related field, you possess CPA/CA qualifications and a minimum 5 years of finance experience, specifically management accounting experience within high volume manufacturing environments. You possess excellent analytical skills with a focus on delivering financial targets and you can manage multiple deliverables within tight timeframes.

A well-rounded finance professional, you are able to build relationships with key stakeholders using highly developed communication and influencing skills. Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and SAP is strongly preferred, though not essential.
