We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Training & Certification Team in the role of APN Training Partner (ATP) Operations Program Manager – APJ.

You'll work directly with AWS Training Partners providing functional support to ensure that we deliver a high quality, fast resolution customer experience. Working with 3rd party vendors you will drive projects that improve support-related processes and our customer’s technical support experience

You will have excellent communication skills and proven operations experience in the IT/Channel sector. To be successful in this position, you must be highly motivated, creative and a self-starter who is able to take ownership, execute flawlessly and stay focused on the details.

  • Provide operational support such as responding to internal/external queries related to training schedules, registrations, payment, learner surveys, content updates and other operational requests
  • Be the point of contact/expertise for all APJ ATP support questions.
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new ATPs, including working with legal, finance and other compliance teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
  • Manage inbound contact cases related to ATPs
  • Collect and organize all relevant data from the ATPs regarding number of trained students and submitted surveys. Produce monthly metrics for reporting ATP performance to APJ and Global Leadership
  • Offer support for virtual labs and Gilmore platform.
  • Keep up-to-date with the different platforms and tools we work with for tracking and reporting purposes
  • Manage invoicing and billing related to funded programs.
  • Look for opportunities to simplify ATP Operations processes, and undertake the projects to implement them


Basic Qualifications
  • Significant relevant work experience in the Information Technology, Channel sector and/or Training industry.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing and optimizing operational processes.
  • Capability to logically plan and set priorities, identify and resolve problems to produce measurable results
  • Ability to effectively work with a variety of organizations, cultures, and personalities
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel are desired.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • International experience and experience working on cross-functional teams
  • Familiar with cloud computing concepts


  • Recent experience in a fast-paced, multinational technology company.
  • Knowledge of Amazon Web Services or Cloud Computing concepts.
  • Marketing, operations and training delivery experience.
• Ability to communicate in two or more languages.
