The Water Corporation is seeking a proven leader to ensure the safe, effective and efficient delivery of services within all areas of operations within the South West region to achieve defined service objectives. You will lead and manage the Service Delivery section and services to ensure that all key stakeholder objectives are fully realised, and best value is delivered.

It is imperative that the successful candidate understands and believes in the importance of safety; with experience demonstrating safety as the most important element of success.

The ideal person will be able to demonstrate outstanding leadership capabilities in a dynamic environment while ensuring operational outcomes are achieved.

Key Skills and experience required:

With experience of managing a wide range of functions in the water sector, the successful candidate will also have a comprehensive understanding of contemporary asset management principles.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills that provide the ability to engage successfully across all levels of the business are essential.

The successful candidate must have a strong business improvement and efficiency focus and to support this, they should be a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.

The required qualifications include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in commerce, business, management or a technical discipline relevant to the area of operation of the division, or
  • Post-graduate qualifications in a business or management related discipline or successful completion of a senior manager development program.
