We are looking for an HSE Administrator for an immediate start on an iron ore construction project located in the Pilbara. It is a 3/1 roster, ex Perth and will run for approximately 8 months.

About the role

As a key member of the HSE team, you will report directly to the HSE Manager and your responsibilities will include\:

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports
  • Data entry of HSE documentation
  • Maintain training matrix and records
  • Provide general support and assistance to HSE team

About you

  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel essential
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Relevant HSE administration experience, preferably in a site-based role
