If you’re an experienced health and safety professional with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement, we are looking for you to join our friendly site-based team as an HSE Advisor, working a Fly-In-Fly-Out 9:5 roster, 11 hours per day, across our Pilbara remote sites.

What experience are we looking for?

Our HSE team members easily build positive working relationships, foster engagement and motivation and love being part of a hardworking and passionate team.

This role reports to the HSE Lead, and will be responsible for administering inductions, risk assessments and managing company and client-driven HSE activities, programs, drills and meetings. You will undertake comprehensive incident investigations, comply with HACCP plans and train our team members according to respective requirements. You will have the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement systems, policies and procedures.

This is the role for you, if you have experience in a similar role, preferably working within the mining, civil or facilities maintenance industries in a senior capacity. A degree in Health and Safety or similar field and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment are preferred qualifications for this role. A current full WA Manual Driver’s licence is mandatory in order to operate our site vehicles.

In addition to excellent time management, a background working with trades and exposure to Root Cause Incident Investigation will lead to success in this role.
