Customer Service Intern

In this role, you have the opportunity to

develop the internal communications framework, tools and content to drive our communications strategy, focused on building a strong APAC Services culture. The role will work towards ensuring our employees are well informed about various initiatives, changes, major projects and developments within the organisation.

You are responsible for

  • supporting the customer service APAC / ANZ internal digital communication strategy

  • coordination of quarterly townhalls, regular yammer story collation and sharing from the different countries

  • leveraging on global content / resources for marketing campaigns and CS Portal promotions

  • supporting APAC and ANZ Customer experience activities

  • analysis of ANZ analytics

You are a part of

the customer service team.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor degree in digital communication or marketing/media degree

  • Intermediate skills – Adobe Suite, Canva, other digital and social media platforms

  • Strong Microsoft office skills – sharepoint, powerpoint etc

  • Strong communication (verbal and written), presentation skills and time management

  • Well-rounded, creative communicator, with ability to engage key stakeholders across multiple countries

  • Able to fully commit from February to August 2021 (For 6 months)
