You’ll be at the helm of our engineering teams and play a major part of what digital banking looks like for our customers in the future. By providing your application development expertise and combining this with your ability to coach and mentor; you will be a pivotal component for our upcoming projects.
With our aim to foster internal growth, this role can also provide a path to senior positions, for instance into a Chapter Lead role, by upskilling you with key foundations.
What are you going to do? You will be…
- Mentoring a team of 3 Fullstack developers
- Working within an admired agile methodology
- Using the latest Java versions, frameworks and tools
- Hands on, building within a microservices architecture
- Tech Stack: Java 11, Spring Boot, Polymer, Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift
What are we looking for? Someone who has…
- Technical hands on leadership experience
- Enterprise platform experience with a high volume of transactions / users
- Experienced in microservices and Kafka
