About the Role:

As an Associate within the Equipment Finance Hub you will be responsible for actioning Equipment Finance referrals received from our referral partners. This is a phone-based role that is required to manage the end to end sales process which includes customer contact to understand EF needs, making recommendations that meet needs, preparing credit applications following EF policy and submitting for approval to the approval authority.

Responsibilities:

  • Actioning referrals within Service Level Agreements (response times)
  • Answer Inbound calls from customers or bankers and assist them with their enquiry
  • Build and grow trusted relationships with customers, Bankers and business partners through rich and consistent communication and managing expectations to support strong advocacy results
  • Analysis of financials & debt servicing
  • Prepares lending submissions and makes credit recommendations within risk appetite
  • Manages a Sales Funnel

Skills and Experience Required:

  • eBL, Siebel and LOIS knowledge preferable
  • Experience using Salesforce preferable
  • Communication Skills
  • Time management skills
