As a Customer Care Consultant in our Life Insurance & Investments Division you’ll be responsible for the efficient creation and completion of client and adviser requests.

In this role you’ll provide a positive customer experience through a range of customer care activities. Your primary responsibility will be the management of inbound calls from clients and advisers, providing general policy information, processing change requests and assisting advisers in the maintenance of existing Life policies. You will also be required to undertake supplementary tasks including outbound calls and client requests via our email channels.

As a highly organised person with a proven track record of providing an exceptionally high quality of service and support, you’ll enjoy being a part of a professional and supportive Operations team. You’ll be able to utilise your fantastic written and verbal communication skills as well as use your detailed and proactive approach to problem solving.

For this position, the training will be office based and after completion it is likely you will be required to work flexibly for 2 to 3 days per week based on pre-determined days.
