About the role
We are currently seeking a Senior HSE Advisor to work on an attractive FIFO roster to the Pilbara region.
Your role will focus on providing coaching, support and advice to the project team on HSE related matters, as well as providing support to the Project HSE Manager in execution of the HSE Management Plans, assisting with HSE governance activities and developing strategies to manage HSE risk. You will also be involved in leading incident investigations; monitoring and conducting regular HSE field based activities within the project sites; conduct risk assessment workshops, assist with work method statement, SMWS development and reviews and facilitating HSE training as required.
You will have
A Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety along with a substantial amount of experience in a similar role, having worked for construction contracting companies within the mining and resources sector.
