About the role
Laing O’Rourke is currently looking for experienced Superintendents with track/civil experience to join our team on an attractive FIFO roster to the Pilbara, Western Australia.
You will be responsible for providing input into the master construction plan, managing a team on site to achieve project objectives, planning and programming daily construction activities, lead section meeting and review progress in productivity and achievement of commercial requirements, contribute to the contract review process and ensure effective implementation of Laing O’Rourke’s project management systems and procedures.
You will have
Relevant trade qualification along with a substantial amount of experience in a similar role having worked on track/civil projects. You will have a collaborative style of leadership and communicate effectively both written and oral. You will also have excellent client-interface, coordination, time management and safety leadership skills.
