An exciting opportunity has recently become available for an experienced Account Manager to join our high performing sales team in NSW. This position will be focused on Sydney, North and the Central Coast, and reporting to the Sales Manager. You will be instrumental in developing and managing numerous business strategies to achieve profitable business relationships across our entire Imaging Systems portfolio, consisting of market leading medical imaging technology and solutions (MRI, CT, X-Ray, Ultrasound and Angiography). Your extensive Capital Equipment / Medical Device sales experience coupled with your ability to influence at all levels within the Hospital network will be key to your success in the role.
Every day will offer new and exciting challenges, selling some of the Healthcare Industry's most innovative medical Equipment. You will be required to build high level business relationships both internally and externally, constantly being aware of current and future market trends with respect to customer and overall industry, and execute a planned approach to maximizing sales volumes and margins. This will include; ensuring a broad understanding of Philips products, negotiating sales and terms, submitting tenders and maintaining an accurate and relevant sales funnel for all sales leads within the territory. You will also have overall responsibility for the coordination of; product demonstrations, efficient product delivery and ongoing clinical and technical support.
You will be working as part of a highly experienced team of Account Managers, all with a shared goal of delivering top quality service to customers. More broadly, you will be part of the Philips Healthcare team and have daily interactions with stakeholders from across the business such as Clinical Applications Specialists, Engineers and Product Managers.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
5+ year of Capital Equipment / Medical Device solution selling experience, within a hospital environment
Extensive experience in selling at all levels within the hospital system
Exceptional understanding of the sales processes with the ability to protect and grow market share
Experience in analyzing and manipulating complex data and building territory plans.
Exceptional interpersonal and cross functional stakeholder experience with the ability to influence at all levels within business.
The ability to work under pressure, dealing with conflicting priorities.
