Atlassian is continuing to hire with all interviewing and on-boarding done virtually due to COVID-19. All new and existing Atlassians will continue to work from home until it’s safe to return to our offices. When our offices re-open, every Atlassian will have the choice to work from an office or from home.
A healthy developer ecosystem is key to Atlassian’s long-term success. In brief: Happy customers extend our product family to satisfy millions of use cases. The Atlassian Ecosystem team is creating possibilities for thousands of developers - from champions that tailor our products to their teams' needs, to popular SaaS companies integrating with Atlassian, to marketplace partners building their careers and significant businesses on Atlassian.
A top priority for Atlassian is to serve large enterprise customers on our SaaS cloud. The focus for this role is to ensure our ecosystem is fit for the enterprise, alongside Atlassian’s own products. Think security, scale, reliability, and compliance.
This role has an exciting (and challenging) mix of enterprise software, technical platform, and commercial marketplace elements. It is well suited to an experienced product manager who is comfortable prioritising these and working in partnership with teams across Atlassian to deliver solutions that unlock more value. Success will be seen in the trust that enterprise customers place in apps, in developers producing and deploying ever more robust apps with less effort, and the overall usage of the ecosystem platform.

You love working hard to make amazing products. You have prior success setting product vision and strategy and launching excellent products. You can lead product teams through clear goal setting, strong decision making, and great communication. You’re adept at forming relationships across product lines and functional groups and keeping everyone aligned.
ON YOUR FIRST DAY, WE'LL EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:
- Demonstrated product management experience, ideally at a fast-growing software company
- A flair for prioritising among opportunities, balancing the needs of our customers with those of our business, and clearly communicating the rationale behind your decisions
- The ability to paint a compelling vision to inspire your teams and senior leaders
- A track record of forming relationships and influencing without authority at all levels of the organisation
- Strong customer empathy and desire to build delightful user experiences
- Good instincts matched with deep analytical thinking.
IT'S EXCELLENT, BUT NOT REQUIRED, IF YOU HAVE:
- Experience with product management on a SaaS ecosystem platform
- Experience working with enterprise software customers
