Sodexo are seeking a suitably skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Service Desk team at our Regional Support Centre based in Balcatta, Perth.
About the Job
Reporting directly to the Command Centre Team Leader you will be responding to incoming phone and system generated customer requests to ensure enquiries and issues are responded to promptly and accurately. These enquiries are extremely varied and can range from facility/ property maintenance enquiries to logging journey management plans. It is important that standard operating procedures and making use of call triage scripts are adhere to, to consistently provide accurate responses to all client enquiries.
You will use your initiative and show empathy to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction is always achieved. Our team strive to promote an environment and culture of team work, clear communication and continuous improvement.
You will have experience working in customer service teams, ideally in an inbound contact centre environment. Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers with a highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Willingness to work a flexible roster schedule across a 7 day week including public holidays.
An ability to professionally liaise with management stakeholders, clients and vendors, coupled with a willingness to learn and continually improve/develop your own performance. You will have excellent verbal & written communication skills and a high level of accuracy & attention to detail.

This is a 7-day operation, you must be able to work a rotating 7-day roster. Shifts times will be between 5am and 9pm.
