About the role

We are currently seeking expressions of interest for a Planning and Project Controls Manager for a major Rail project in WA, this permanent role offers great career prospects with a privately-owned tier 1 constructor and international engineering enterprise.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure Planning and Project Control processes and best practises implemented in the project
  • Lead and develop the Planning and Project Controls team in the project
  • Develop and maintain fully integrated Programs
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure construction methodology is incorporated in project programs
  • Develop and maintain project reports (Schedule, Earned value, Progress and Performance)
  • Labour and plant productivity monitoring
  • Develop and update detailed hour by hour shutdown programs – utilising Primavera P6

About you

  • You will have
    • extensive experience in a similar role, backed by a relevant engineering degree
    • High Attention to detail
    • Strong communications skills
    • Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office experience is a must
    • PRISM G2, Navisworks and Power BI experience will be highly regarded
