About the Role

The AppDynamics Sales organization has a history of best-in-class productivity based on a great Sales methodology executed to perfection. To support this world-class team, we are looking for a Sales Ops Analyst to run the APAC geography. This role will partner closely with senior leadership to own all Sales and Channel Operations in APAC.


What You'll Do



Be the ‘go-to’ Business partner for Sales and Channel leaders across the Asia Pacific geography



Oversee and run the weekly APAC forecast call, ensuring that the forecast is reflected accurately in our Sales tools.



Review and manage account/ territory and quota assignments



Support with quarterly business reviews



Serve as the first point of contact for partners on questions regarding deal registrations, partner processes and quote to booking procedures



Provide support to newly signed partners by shepherding all contracts through approval processes and coordinating all partner system access.



Provide ongoing partner enablement around campaigns, reporting and training



Have a ‘business first’ focus when looking at how our policies and tools can be improved to help the Sales organization


Who You Are



3 years experience in an Operations or Sales role for a Software company (preferred), preferably one with long, complex Sales cycles



Solid understanding of selling through channel programs, sales process techniques and strategies



Experience with MEDDIC and consultative selling



Strong analytical skills and experience with data driven decision making



Clear, concise communicator at ease in front of executives



High degree of attention to detail
