You will be empowered to proudly present your portfolio of visually inspiring work and will be encouraged to channel all of your creativity, passion and enthusiasm into creations that excite and stimulate the senses.
Reporting to the Sous Chef, you will be responsible for delivering on the Crown vision and be part of a team accountable for the overall success of the daily culinary operation. Your ability to align your approach with Crowns standards and objectives and your passion for innovation will be key to your success.
Key selection criteria:
Advanced knowledge in pastry/desserts and sweets with a modern approach to presentation
Experience in high end volume operations that are recognised for their culinary excellence
Demonstrated experience in a luxury hotel operation is desirable
Knowledge of the latest trends in the industry to execute bespoke menus
Advanced team building skills to ensure a seamless operation in a high expectation environment
Availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster
Excellent communication skills
