The Senior Product Manager within the Convert and Motivate (Buy Flow Team) team will lead, and be responsible for continually improving the experience small business customers have when they signup and buy a Xero subscription. Ultimately this will result in improved customer conversion rates due to small businesses finding it easier to register and purchase a Xero account online.
The immediate team you would be joining consists of a highly motivated group of people with a cross-functional skill set covering product management, product design, engineering, and data insights. Outside of this there are a range of other teams and functions that provide support in your role.
