About the role

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyors / Contracts Administrators for a resources based project with the role initially based in Perth then FIFO to site. You will report to the Commercial Manager and be responsible for optimising margin whilst identifying and addressing commercial risks.

Key responsibilities

You will be involved with procuring of packages; subcontractor management including managing submissions and agreement of variations, assessment of subcontractor claims; and advising on contractual issues and initiating correspondence.

You will have

Ideally you will have a degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering, and an intermediate level of experience in a similar role having worked for Tier 1 construction contractor companies in Australia. Experience working on mining & resources / Managing Contractor projects will be highly desirable.
