About the role

Working in a high trust environment, you’ll draw upon your experience with modern mobile application design & development practices to help your highly talented and passionate team be set up for success, and then deliver on it. You will collaborate, code, mentor and help build product aimed at helping small businesses.

In this role, you will develop software for mobile products on the iOS Development platform. You’ll continually drive delivery and continuous product improvement. You’ll work closely alongside Product and Design to ensure that you are aligning engineering initiatives with customer needs and outcomes.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with team members to prototype, build, and test high-quality apps.
  • Identifying shortcomings in current technology/architecture and recommend solutions.
  • Providing constructive input into architectural decisions for new features.
  • Providing technical guidance to other developers.
  • Staying up to date with iOS development technologies, and identify and promote opportunities to make use of these technologies within the mobile team.
