This is a newly-created opportunity for an experienced Soft FM Services Subject Matter Expert to provide support to the Operation Teams, improving efficiency and service excellence via the development and implementation of Cleaning processes and procedures. This role is based in Perth and is a full-time position.

Reporting to the Soft Services General Manager, you will focus on improving expertise, efficiency and consistency in the Soft Service Family delivery and boost the profitable organic growth. Your main focus will be to drive continuous improvement and innovation in Sodexo’s Cleaning Service operations.
Other duties will include:
- Analyse Cleaning budgets and assist in identifying areas in which cost optimizations can be made.
Provide technical Cleaning training to operational teams, in particular GMP cleaning.
Act as the main point of contact of the country for the cleaning and Soft Service Family regarding SOPs, bid support, mobilisation, operational excellence and contract management
You are an experienced Soft Services/Facilities Management Practitioner with 5+ years experience working on Cleaning Quality standards and processes. Must be able to demonstrate effective Customer Relationship Management and the ability to communicate effectively including presentation skills, and interpersonal skills. This role would suit a details orientated and self motivated individual with the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervisor and as part of a team.
